As a certified Expert Psychological Stager and Color Consultant my goal is to create value in your home and help it shine. There are different types of staging: occupied or vacant.

Occupied stage. We work with what you already have to arrange your home for maximum marketing potential. I add things like linens, pillows and small pieces of decor to help your home shine. Most likely will suggest paint colors.

Vacant staging is a larger endeavor but is a service I offer. We put together a comprehensive plan for every room in the home. Then we rent furniture to stage the home for best possible return.
